Tmnt when the writers lock in
Bro holy cow this is peak writing. The amount of filler in this season was starting to weigh on me, but this was an absolute balm. More bishop immediately please.

Also the 2012 Turtles would have a tough time convincing the other turtles that their Bishop is chill
"Are you satisfied with you inflicting the same pain as was imposed on you?"
(CW: blood)
TMNT 2003 belongs to: 4Kids Entertainment
[I.D. 2 digital lineless drawings of TMNT Fast Forward Bishop, Baxter Stockman in a human body, and Z, an android.
Panel 1: Z stands with a hand on its hip and the other on its chin and asks, "if a hungry lion kilks and eats a deer, is the lion evil?"
Panel 2: Bishop stands in the foreground, while Stockman is in the middle ground in a light blue wheelchair, wearing a blue and gold sleeveless dress. Bishop frowns and responds "the deer is evil for being weak". Stockman, who is leaning back in his chair at looking at his phone with an expression of boredom, adds "they are both evil for being alive". End I.D.]
Z and two people who should probably not be teaching it about ethics
When watching TMNT 2003 for the first time, and frist coming to the scene where Bishop had the turtles in the lab and introduced himself, I thought "Holy shit, holy shit, Bishop's gonna be a such an imposing villain, like this scene alone is so great and like I'm scared for those poor boys" But looking at this scene again... It is so ridiculous how bad Bishop was trying to scare them.
He definitely practiced this speach in a mirror. You can't tell me he didn't know exactly what he would say next. But then he had this dramatic little pause "I'm the man the government relys on for certain... projects"
He also wanted to flex on them by using their names - not even their nicknames, just because he could.
Also, they are in a fucking lab, they must have great lighting, but nooooo Bishop makes them kinda dull so he can walk in and out of the shadows to seem more mysterious.
I'm pretty sure he actually deepend his voice, like come one, you're trying way to hard.
Bro felt the need to intimidate some 16 year olds, that's embarrasing bro
(I'm not even going to start with "When you scream my name" *fidgets with a saw "pleading to make the pain stop, begging for mercy, you may call me: Bishop")
I don't think Bishop and Stockman would ever go on a normal date but I do think they would vivisect a man together and casually discuss what they're doing like there isn't a person bleeding and screaming under their fingertips do u feel me
Do you think Bishop asked the turtles for help in setting up the Pan Galactic Alliance since they had so many dealings with different species, and expected them to be doubtful of his intentions only for them to tease him before actually accepting his plans?
I think about it a lot. lol
(don't pay a whole lot of attention to the turtles' outfits/designs. I was mostly just making up random things to show the passage of time)
Their actual reaction to his announcement to create the PGA:
This is my entry for @tmaynt Day 24: Favorite Turtle + Villain Dynamic and Day 30: Favorite Human Villain
Their dynamic with Bishop is so interesting, because for most the series he's this Big Threat, and working with him is literally like making a deal with the devil. But then they go 100 years into the future and find out that once Bishop finally realizes that eliminating Aliens from Earth isn't going to protect it, that he actually is a force for good and peace.... well it changes that dynamic and I wish we could have gotten to see more about how they reacted to Bishop after that lol.
Bonus below:
There’s a scene from the 2003 TMNT where the president is yelling at Bishop, an evil man and threatening to cut funding to his department this is to remind the audience that the show is fiction. Yes for those who can’t tell by the mutant ninjas
