Well, here goes nothing!
Today I am trying the 21 Day Fix. I had a wonderful weekend with @sexycosplayerchallenge and our husbands playing Mario Kart and eating whatever the hell we wanted, but it’s time to get serious. We did the yoga workout from the program last night, just to get into the mindset and a feel for what we were gonna be doing. All I can say is I am POORLY out of shape and I’m pretty sore today. But that’s okay. No pain, no gain, right?
I’ve got most of my meals planned for the week. Still trying to figure out what to do about lunches - it was the only thing I didn’t really prepare too well for... but once I get dinner made tonight, I’ll have lunch taken care of the next day.
I weighed in this morning at 185.8 lbs, so we will see how much that changes over the next few weeks. I plan on weighing in next Monday morning, just to see what progress I’ve made, but after that I’d like to wait until the end of the program to see what my overall results are. We’ll see if I can resist the temptress that is The Scale for two weeks. :P
