Basta poco per essere felici o almeno per non essere tristi credo.

Ieri ho passato una delle mie giornate malinconiche, trascorsa tra fissare il soffitto di legno della mia camera da letto, lettura, un bagno caldo programmi tv e so anche queste giornate occorrono.

Tuttavia, mentre lasciavo vagare il mio pensiero ed il mio sguardo si posava sulla pioggia battente che dalla finestra intravedevo all'esterno mi sono detta che avrei potuto provare se non ad essere felice, quanto meno a fare qualcosa per non essere triste e al contempo migliorare me stessa e me soltanto.

Mi sono fatta una scaletta e ho deciso che da oggi avrei cercato di combinare sia ciò che devo fare, come la stesura del capitolo della tesi, le faccende domestiche ecc., con ciò che mi piace e fa stare bene, come il disegno, tenere un diario, leggere ecc.

Così riesco a fare sia ciò che è tra i miei obiettivi, sia ciò che mi piace e che generalmente lascio indietro; in più ho deciso anche di incrementare gli esercizi che faccio di solito per mantenere un minimo di muscolatura e di impegnarmi ancora di più nell'alimentazione sana, riducendo troppo sale, troppo zucchero o troppe bibite gassate ecc., ma senza privarmi di nulla e sperimentando nuove ricette.

Posso dire che fino ad ora sono serena e soddisfatta, forse non arriverò a essere felice solo così facendo, ma posso arrivare a non essere triste.

Mein Blutdruck steigt, wenn ich mein Auto seh. Ich wär' am liebsten für immer in seiner Näh'. Mein ganzes Geld geht drauf für Öl und Benzin, ich... Cruise durch die Straßen von Berlin.

Auf der Autobahn bin ich in meinem Element. Wieder'n Opa. der mit 180 vor mir pennt! Bis zum nächsten Tempolimit isses noch 'ne Weile hin, ich... Cruise durch die Straßen von Berlin.

Mein Boss hat mich gefeuert, ich k<m zu spät. Ich brauch'ne neue Quelle für meinen "Knet". Ich werd'' die Miete spa'rn und in mein Auto ziehen. Hauptsache... Cruisen durch die Straßen von Berlin.

Zu meinem Glück fehlt nue noch - dass ist kein Witz: 'Ne blonde Gummi-Puppe für den Beifahrersitz. Keiner soll denken dass ich einsam bin, wenn ich alleine. Cruise durch die Straßen von Berlin.
