Tout les médocs que je prend en 1 seul jour. C'est sur que c'est chiant, contraignant... Mais j'y arrive, je me dis que c'est pour mon bien, qu'un jour j'en aurais moins (ou peut-être pas). En ce moment j'en ai besoin pour aller mieux mentalement et physiquement donc j'arrive à ne plus en avoir honte !
