holding myself back from dropping $110 on the sourcebook/supplement pdf bundle for Star Trek Adventures bc (1) i’m in grad school money is tight (2) i haven’t gotten my financial aid refund yet (got the email today that it’ll post in the next couple of days) (3) i just dropped $30 on a kickstarter campaign bc yes i want to more easily be able to make disabled characters in dnd 5e, and (4) i’ve spent a lot of money recently and rent is due today

but oh boy i really want it, partly to get into other rpg systems (tho the quickstart guide or whatever was really fucking confusing to me, but i’ve never played a 2d20 system) but mostly bc star trek is my first really big special interest, and even tho i don’t interact with it a whole heckin lot right now, it’s usually what i end up going back to eventually
