Dead Plate brain worms are still going strong.. La Guele De Saturne in Animal Crossing Happy Home Paradise
(if you wanna visit, the code is RA-3918-2680-7073)
hey tomorrow is march third. whats the third month of the year? That's right. March. its tuesday. the third day of the week. (if you count from sunday) youknow what also happens on days? That's right 3 pm. hl3 will be announced tomorrow.
Big week for scrappy female protagonists to stand up to their oppressors who have gone mad with divine power and turned into multi-armed monsters. Real ‘If I had a nickel’ situation.
ok confession time i just decided to watch etho's wild life series and this lead me to figuring out via his opening that his name is infact- etho's LAB. and not. not etho SLAB. 😔
I think it would be cool if we got/get a Citizen Sleeper game that takes place IN an Essen-Arp facility.
Like, we'd start the game going through processing, reeling from the feeling of being in a Sleeper frame, and how it feels so alien yet so natural.
We'd meet other Sleepers, and get to know them as we go through our routine tasks...
Sleeper classes would play a much bigger role in the game, I think. Each class would be working in a different part of the facility, and only have access to the parts that their class would most naturally work in. Meaning that the player would need to play through the game three times, using the different classes each time, each playthrough would have a slightly different storyline and events.
I think a good ending to the game would be us escaping the facility. Maybe with the friends we've made along the way, maybe in good health or not. Depending on the choices we make and how we perform leading up to the escape, of course.
AoA and THG: Haymitch as Mr. Harrison. Ginger is a guard goose who hates Katniss.
Who would you put as Haymitch's surprise wife?
Bahahhaha.
I love this ask!!
Let’s get the elephant out of the room: it can’t be Effie because she is Rachel Lynde.
I went back and forth until I remembered this:
‘but Emily had always said she wouldn't live in a place where folks were scared to walk out after dark for fear they'd fall off the edge.’
Which made me think of Maysilee
Anyways here’s a super niche one-shot (also find on Ao3)
~~~
She and Peeta had only meant it as a joke when they'd put in the paper that Mr. Abernathy had set his cap at the Hawthorne widow. Katniss knew he was only conducting business with her son that he combed his hair and put on his clean suit, but Mrs. Effie Trinket would hear none of it! She was certain there was more behind the cantankerous man's altered behavior and had prophesied an engagement come Spring to all who would listen.
Of course now Katniss is sure the woman will claim that she’d always predicted he’d be married by Spring and there, she’d be correct, for it hadn’t been twenty four hours complete that Mrs. Maysilee Abernathy had rode into town kicking up more than dust in her wake.
Prim had been eager to check in on their friend ever since the sisters had crossed paths with Mrs. Abernathy on the country road and directed her to Old Victor’s Cottage. And Katniss was loath to admit that she was just as curious.
Now they sat in an unusually clean kitchen talking to the freshly shaven man as he’d told them his tale:
