Speaking of freckles, I never thought I was a freckly person but I went outside for like two hours and suddenly my skin got invaded by a billion dots and it was really weird. Not like Phil who’s like ‘I’m white, I look like Voldemort *bam* I’m white but have brown spots everywhere like a leopard’. I just got little dots. Scary. But I love freckles. Freckles is one of those things where a lot of people feel insecure about them, especially when you’re younger and in school. But let me just say for the record: Freckles are beautiful. Like people with really freckly faces, you know what I’m talking about with really freckly cheeks. I know that some people see, you know, conventional, perfect, beige skin and they don’t like it but trust me, a lot of people like freckles, think they’re very beautiful and unique. If you have freckles, do not feel insecure. They’re like an upgrade. They’re like a bonus you unlock in a video game.

Quotes from Dan (50/?)
Freckles are so precious and a natural thing. Every little thing about you, even the things you might not love yourself, is lovely. This includes having little dots adorn your skin.

That's when I'll get on that fresh content. It's funny, you know, I have to try and not be too thinking for ages about what is the... you know, who am I? What am I doing with my life? What is my personality? I'm making these YouTube videos, well you know... what is a YouTube video? What is entertainment? What is creativity? What is the point of anything? Should I just be trying to make people laugh? Think? Feel? I don't know. How do I do that? Do I do it by myself? Is it just me and a camera sat in front of a chair? Do I need to do like a sketch? *argh!* You can see how I can just panic internally for weeks. Sometimes, I wish I was just a gamer full time that was like 'my purpose in life to turn on the camera, film a video'. That's why I like filming the gaming videos that we do 'cause I'm like 'I'm here and I'm giving the people something on the Internet, so that they know I'm not dead' and it's just nice and it makes people smile and laugh and whatever but what is Dan Content? You tell me... *10 minutes later* I've realised that in a way, what I do is just publicly not have any idea what I'm doing with my life and that kind of is the content I create. So maybe if I ever became emotionally stable and had an idea of what my purpose in life was, maybe my appeal would be lost entirely but then what does that mean? Am I just... is my purpose just to constantly be in a free fall? Who knows? It's all fun.

Quotes from Dan (52/?)
Dan voicing the existential inner debate he often struggles with while trying to make original creative videos.
Ariana is coming back to Manchester to do a concert with loads of people raising money for charity and it's amazing. It's so good and heart-warming because obviously, I lived in Manchester for two years and it'll always be one of my favourite places and I know for a fact how amazing the community of people that live in Manchester are, so I think that's good. I think it's horrible situations like this, we have to look to the goodness that it reminds us all of, which we... you know, don't take for granted on a day-to-day basis how kind and generous and you know when people come together as a community to support each other, how nice humanity can be. 'Cause we spend a lot of time thinking humanity is terrible and society is doomed and things like this can just go to show, I mean I'm very happy about that kind of stuff.

Quotes from Dan (51/?)
What happened in Manchester was horrible and vile but the way people have come together and reacted afterwards is so beautiful.
