#roadto205 day 39 223.8lbs... Day 30 of #30daysofsaitama #saitamachallenge 150 #pushups 150 #squats 150 #situps / #crunches 10km run/walk/bike etc It's been much longer than 30 days, given all the days off, and by definition I lost the challenge. You dont get to pick which days are your 30 after all. But I couldnt end it without writing something. From here on I'll continue the workout but without counting days, just adding it into my daily routine. I've been thinking and evaluating my workouts all week, biw that I'm back in the gym, and after the roll in the park yesterday I had a deep thought on refocusing overhauling my routines. I had a long post in mind going through the steps and thought process but apparently it was too long to write here so long story short no more free weight routines until I've decided i dont want to lose anymore. I'll be sticking to my #dynamicconditioning exercises with #kettlebells and #medicineballs even have a third workout with #battleropes And other things involved to try out this week. And of course I'll be sticking with the saitama challenge exercises as well. Cant give those up, the 10 mins of stretching between sets has been vital to my progress. Also, I'm switching back to doing long walks as the 4hrs of fat burning is key here. I can burn 5k cal daily all I want but it's not fat burning then I'm not losing, which the first thing I noticed all week, I was only maintaining even though I was workout so much. Anyways, today was the Medicine ball routine I've post before. Followed by the saitama challenge with a #yogaforbjj session to top it off. Then a 22.5km walk to end the night. I've been off all weekend and eating baked goods from my friend so let's hope this moves me back in the direction. https://www.instagram.com/p/CA7FDp5pzkV/?igshid=1mnp727appoxa
