  I've done many reviews from this brand (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the 4 cheese. This is the most boring pizza of this b

Went to Burrata Bistro Friday night. I shared their olive and garlic focaccia with my parent. Took some of it home. Was enough to have with lunch and a snack. I got 4-cheese pasta. It was like a fancy mac and cheese. It was pretty good. Took half of it home. I got brioche bread pudding with apricots and a rum sauce for dessert. It was really hot for a while. Took a little home. It was pretty good all together. The only downside of it was things seem overpriced there.

4 Cheese Please

Here’s a 4 cheese slice I got a while back at Angelo’s in Maywood. Pretty much exactly what you’d expect from a slice like this, but that’s not a bad thing if you like cheese!

For anyone wondering what the heck they’re talking about, it’s this.

They jokingly called their band quad the “Quattro Formaggio” which means “4 cheese” instead of “4 cheeses”.
