One of my favorite episodes of season 3 so far was 4,722 Hours. Elizabeth Henstridge did such an amazing job as Jemma in that episode. Like, top notch episode really.

saw a post where it’s like
*Jemma falls in love with another man* Fitz: *sets him on fire*
*Fitz falls in love with another woman* Jemma: *shoots her full of bullets*
We as a fandom need to begin discussing how overlooked Jemma's trauma is
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. 3x05 - 4,722 Hours
‘4,722 Hours’ is still in my top 10 favourite episodes of AOS by FAR
I feel like it isn’t spoken about nearly enough
The storyline, the suspense, the environment, the ACTING
It may feel like a whole different show at times (gives off ‘The 100’ vibes in a way) but it’s AMAZING and I’m so glad they gave Elizabeth a solo episode because it’s what she deserves 🤌🏻
Every fifth episode of an AOS season centers around a bus kid (except season 6)
1x5: Skye with miles
2x5: Jemma with Bobbi
3x5: 4722 hours
4x5: The prison fiight
5x5: Hunter with Fitz
7x5: Daisy getting captured by Malick
the moment Fitz’s hope is renewed vs. the moment Jemma’s hope is lost
S3 E5 (4,722 hours) and The Martian have a lot of similar vibes, other than you know the alien creatures, a harbinger of death, complete darkness, and no communication with Earth. On the bright side, Jemma had another human companion and Fitz to save her in a fraction of the time it took to rescue Mark Watney
