So I am going to try the impossible.

I have decided to run The Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day. I am going to run a 5 mile run. 

I ran 1 mile today and almost barfed and passed out. BUT! I found a wonderful training/running program that will get me there! :)

Good evening! As promised I have just gotten back from my run! I cut it a little short because at the turning point my ankle went crazy and I had to stop for a good few minutes until it calmed down. I'm assuming its just from being back on the concrete as my knees and hips protested slightly as well. So 4.6 in 38 minutes. Pretty darn good for a first day back! Tomorrow is strength workout and the gym! Happy running everyone! Take care if your hurts!

Good morning! Today I have to work 10 hours on this godforsaken food truck, and I had two crazy hard hours at the cheer gym this morning, but I started my day with a 5 mile run on my city streets! I passed by a lottttt of other runners, a marathon training group I believe, and it definitely improved my mood to have them all returning my good mornings returned :) so now I'm stuck on this rotten truck! But it's been a good morning. Happy running!
