In the song 5000 letters he sings about hiw he realizes how much his fanbase loves him and he's like, super touched right. He sings about how a little girl sent him a picture of a sunrise and it just plucks his heart strings. But then the next lyric goes

"a boy lost his tooth and he wants me to have it. How did this happen to me?"

Like I get it's supposed to be touching cuz awwww, a baby tooth :) but all I can think is "god talk about a bio hazard" like can you imagine getting someone's tooth in the mail? Crazy
