Mine is to just have a little bit of something and then force yourself away from the kitchen. Have it with diet soda and don’t let yourself go back for 20 minutes. Guarantee that will settle the craving and you’ll have only had a few calories instead of loads.
My issue when I don’t do this is I keep stuffing and stuffing because I think the craving won’t go away if I don’t have loads. But sometimes it’s just giving yourself a little bit to get past the craving. If I don’t have anhthing at all then it never goes away.
