Heute mal ein beispielhafter Zeitraffer, wie ich besser in den Tag starte. Morgens nach dem Aufstehen bewege ich mich für 5 Minuten (Mobility, 5 Minute Flow). Das hilft mir energievoller in den Tag zu gehen. Alles was steif ist wird leicht bewegt. Keinen kraftakt, sondern nur kreisende Bewegung und bewusst Atmen. Das ist schon der ganze Trick. Es gibt unendliche Varianten. Macht einfach das was Euch einfällt. Tiefe Hocke, mit den Hüften kreisen und spielt mal rum, wie sich welches Gelenk bewegen kann. Ich bin danach fröhlicher und bewege mich aufrechter durch den Tag. Ich wünsche Dir viel Spaß beim Nachturnen. Wenn Du eine Übung hast, die Dir besonders gut tut, lasse mich das wissen.
