Crazy to think 8 years has passed by since opening this place up! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Was sad I missed the annual Anniversary Party this past Saturday because of work but great to hear it was a success as always! 🎉 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I went from living downtown & spinning 5 nights a week to living 45 min away from the city above a restaurant where I literally had to close and open the door for 3 years everyday, tell the kitchen to not wash the dishes if I wanted to shower quickly as the pressure would be so faint. All for a dream and passion of one day owning my own restaurant. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ However none of this is possible without my partner's in crime @nikkistamcos @bmoney5fti and our amazing staff that has been with us throughout all these years and all the friends, family and of course our customers that come and support us since day 1! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you haven't been here yet and plan to go up to the cottage this summer, it's literally just off the hwy 400. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here's to 8 more years!! 🥂🍻 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #theschombergpub #restaurateur #restaurantlife #8moreyears #anniversary #entrepreneur #schomberg (at The Schomberg Pub & Patio) https://www.instagram.com/p/BzI8Q-yFT_R/?igshid=19k7kb07gulaz
