Perhaps it's come at the right time for young people struggling to get jobs. Shows the bad guys that we really don't NEED to spend all our time working and only when necessary which is certainly NOT as many hours as many people do traditionally.

This Friday is my last day at a job I’ve had for almost 12 years. I used to love this job.

Word of caution for people coming into a new position with tenured staff: respect the established culture of the office or suffer the consequences.
