Carracosta, #565 – Prototurtle Pokémon They can live both in the ocean and on land. A slap from one of them is enough to open a hole in the bottom of a tanker.
Day 583 - Abagoura | アバゴーラ | Carracosta
Abagoura is from a time when the atmosphere was more toxic. As a result, modern day Abagoura can only be comfortable in volcanic areas where sulfurous air is recycled throughout. Their shell is obsidian, and looks semi-transparent when looked up close. When you shine a light through it, you can see its skin underneath. It is rough and spiky in some areas. Its muscles get as hard as rock as they age. It is a physically imposing living fossil.
(P.S. Daily new Pokémon drawings, follow to see them! Contact me at [email protected] for inquiries on glossy prints of all existing drawings, or commissions starting at $25. Single Pokémon behind a transparent or solid color background are $5/monster, including Megas and Legendaries. Though, commissions are not limited to Pokémon.)

Break your Shell
Abagoura @ Lum Berry Ability: Sturdy EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SAtk)
- Shell Break - Waterfall - Stone Edge/Rock Slide - Earthquake
This set is great when entry hazards aren't on the field, and it also works well as a lead. Shell Break first unless you know they will KO you like an attack with a priority, so it'll be better to switch or attack them and hope for a KO. Anyway, Waterfall and Stone Edge are STAB moves, with Waterfall having a slight chance to flinch which may save you. If you prefer accuracy over power, Rock Slide is also a nice substitution with another chance of flinching. Earthquake is coverage and can take out Electrics and most Steels.
