Walkies !!!!

This is not something I want to fill my tumbly with but I have been thinking about this so much lately.

It is about fitness so let me just throw a read more line in although I promise it is more about me than my guns.

I just FINALLY believe in myself. I believe I can achieve. And it is crazy.

I know that whole ‘believe you can and you will’ stuff but I honestly could never believe. I love food, I hate exercise. Girls are bitches and most of them won’t support you (and I totally mean that in a society makes girls bitches way, society breeds competitiveness and comparisons and it isn’t nice). 

Right now, I feel so strong and powerful. I definitely needed help getting here and any further help will always be appreciated but I know I can do it on my own. And I’m so excited.

Even though I still like food a little too much and I’m still battling a knee injury, I am excited that I feel balanced enough to continue the slow path. 

I have signed up for ABBBC bootcamp for a year and I know I can do it. I just know. I can be strong and confident. And I don’t have to compare myself to anyone because I know I am on a journey and I’m liking the journey!

This is all so foreign.

Are ya fucking kidding me?

So, I’m a member of the Ashy Bines facebook group. I paid my money, got my recipe books and I’m on the facebook page. I’m a VIP, if you will.

I just received an email (one I almost hope is a belated April fools joke) about how she is thinking of going one on one with a couple of clients, and they will meet up once a fortnight - with her or one of her teams for an hour, to sort out their eating and activity for 12 months. All for the low “not inexpensive price” of US $49,500.

Now... that’s more than I earn in a year. But IF I had that much money at my disposal to throw at healthy eating and exercise, I would hire a chef and a Personal Trainer for daily meals and exercise sessions and lose the weight in less than half a year.

I’m still rather hoping it’s a hoax. Or a joke. Or a typo on the price? An extra 0 or two?

$49,500 for twice a month for a year is $2062.50 per session, is THIRTYFOURFUCKINGDOLLARS a minute.

Obviously theres email support and calling and texting and check ins that AREN’T in person, but still... stop shitting up a tree Ashy, you’ll end up with more than mud on your face.
