What is a FP?
A FP is often meant to refer to a “favourite person” (or some may mean this to refer to a “fixated” person.) Often, this is a person that someone invests their energy into completely. We are usually emotionally dependent on this person. We usually feel we cannot function without this person and need their approval, attention and time to remain functional. You may change yourself to try and get their approval.
Do I need a FP to have BPD?
No! While this is something a lot of us experience, it is not required for you to have BPD.
Can I have more than one FP?
Yes you can! You can have more than one FP, and they can all be the same intensity, or they might vary.
Can I have a healthy relationship with my FP?
