Last book: The Inheritance by Ilona Andrews. I really enjoyed it! The story reminded me of the authors' The Edge series; which is a series I always return to.

Last movie: The Prosecutor. I'll watch anything with Donnie Yen.

Last TV Show: The only show I am watching is season three of Strange New Worlds. Episode 4, Space Adventure Hour, is SO MUCH FUN.

Favourite colour: Dark red.

Spicy/sweet/savoury: Definitely, sweet! Is there anything better than a latte and a piece of pumpkin pie? The ultimate little treat.

Current obsession: I am having so much fun writing posts for my Martin and Bosco Tumblr Project website. I have no illusions that anyone is reading my posts. Heh. But I get to experiment with data visualizations and try analysis techniques just to see if they work. There is no pressure to hit a deadline or answer to clients; I just get to fuck around and explore the data. I find it really challenging to write content that is technically correct from a data science perspective but also understandable for a non-technical reader. Unfortunately, I won't improve if I don't keep writing. So unfair. XD

Last search: Position details for submitting x-rays to the SV to evaluate OCD.

Looking forward to: I'm part of a group of research computing and data professionals who are writing an article about the stages of the AI project lifecycle. My section is currently being reviewed by my peers; after I absorb the crushing psychic damage from their feedback, I'll rewrite it. That will bring me one step closer to being liberated from this project!

What do you hate about your muse?

Hm. For Laura I hate some of the choices she makes, but tbh I can’t say I’d make them differently. When I was making this account (back when it was just her - you remember that xD) my friend was trying to get me to make a Lee or a rule!63 Lee or something and I told her that I couldn’t, because for me it was either Kara (who she played) or Laura, because despite me not agreeing with how Laura handled some things or some decisions she made (such as outlawing abortion which I actually 100% can say I wouldn’t do) I can understand from her POV why she did it. I can see her reasoning and rationale and it was always for the survival of the human race and for the betterment of humanity as a whole even if it meant sacrificing her own personal ethos to do it. Still doesn’t mean it doesn’t bug the shit out of me.

LOL I knew someone would ask this about Morgause, I just knew it.

To me I’m not exactly happy about what happened to Morgause in the show, though I think if she saw what became of Morgana she would be all kinds of upset and heartbroken. If you watch their interactions closely you can see Morgause trying to kind of rein Morgana in from turning full on vengeance demon there, because even though Morgause has single-mindedly pursued the destruction of Uther she has never let it consume her the way it eventually consumes Morgana, and I think she realises that Morgana is reaching a point that she cannot come back from. To me, her seeing that would be far worse then sacrificing herself for her sister, which I believe she did partially because she hoped it would give Morgana the peace she was looking for.

So that’s not really an answer, but I don’t really have one b/c I have about 300 scenarios running through my head, but so many of them depend on Morgana, because Morgause’s happiness is very tied up with that of her sister’s.
