1 year ago today I started #Couch25k. My £15 trainers from #Shoezone headphones and bumbag from the @99pstore t-shirt and shorts and the lovely @jowhiley I wanted to run 5k none stop. That was my only ambition. 1 year on and I've completed the #GreatSouthRun #abphalfmarathon I've done 27 @parkrunuk and volunteered, I'm a member of a running club #stjamesrunners🏃♂️🏃♀️ and I'm running a marathon next year.
