** Midweek Motivation **
Stumbled across this cute little reminder on Pinterest this evening and it had me thinking.
We’re so, so quick to criticise ourselves and dwell on all the things we have done wrong, but what about all of the things we have done right?
Even if it’s something as simple as doing 10,000 steps today, or drinking 2 litres of water. Something so simple is an achievement and gets us closer to where we want to be, but we just don’t realise it. In the long run, all of these little things add up.
My tiny victory today was that I haven’t snacked inbetween meals whatsoever, even though I’d kill someone for a bite of chocolate right now, but there’s none in the house so I’ll have to do without.
What’s been everyone’s tiny victorys today? Celebrate them. They’re helping you get further on your journey!

Weekly Update: -
Hi allllll
So I didn’t go to weigh in yesterday, mainly because where it is is such a pain in the ass to get to by Public Transport and my boss usually takes me with her, but she was at an event last night so couldn’t take me.
Anyway, the last few days have been a bit iffy. Saturday was groovy, went to the gym and made a spanish chicken bake with lots of veg. Sunday was a bit of a train wreck - I was supposed to go to my friend’s for a roast, but instead the whole day turned into a mess and we ended up going to eat at my boy’s restaurant. Had three courses and drank a LOTTTT and ended up puking. Lololol.
Monday was meant to be my back on it day, and it was up until my boyfriend suggested we go out for food. Haven’t done this in a while so ended up at Mowgli’s which is one of my FAVVVVVV indian restaurants in Liverpool. I had the Chip Butty + Mother-Butter Chicken curry w rice and roti.
Yesterday was a bit better, except I made burger in a bowl and it was vile. Ended up eating not even half, had a couple of rich tea biscuits (4 syns) then went to bed. Woke up starving so had my HEB - toast & marmite. Fell back asleep content and happy.
Today is a new dayyyyyyy! I have the last of my spanish chicken bake for lunch, I’ve got an assessment at college tonight and once that’s done I’m headed straight home and to the gym. No idea what to cook for dinner so throw some inspo my way :)
Might jump on the scales @ home tonight just to see how I’m getting on, but I’ve done this before and it’s thrown me off, sooooo maybe not.
Ciao for now,
J xxx
Roast pork and veggies for dinner tonight. So excited to have a day off work tomorrow!
My homemade Nando's! Spicy quinoa rice with medium chicken - syns for the marinade and some cucumber. 🥒 This was so delicious! Although I couldn't manage it all.
Yummy chicken arabiatta for lunch today. One of my fav pastas ever. I also had a vanilla muller light after.
