#StarTrekTheNextGeneration Developed by #ImagineeringInc Published by #AbsoluteEntertainment Released in #1993 Stardate 72103.4 In my previous post I talked about my love for #StarTrek and The Next Generation was no different. I thought #JeanLucPicard was a great Captain and played very well by Patrick Stewart. My mom didn't really care for this show maybe because there wasn't any "beef cakes" for my mom on the show. I played the Next Generation at my friends Adam's house before and after we watched the "Trio". The "Trio" consisted the TV shows of Star Trek: The Next Generation, Hercules: The Legendary Journeys and Xena: The Warrior Princess. It was the 90's, we were teenagers and it was absolutely epic! Adam loved the game, I didn't. I thought it was boring as it only had mini-games and no real story. You don't even play as any of the characters, but yourself. You are an up and coming #Starfleet cadet and Captain Picard is basically your trainer. You start as a Ensign and try to work your way up to Captain. I think this game is boring and annoying. It does have that TNG appeal but I wish it was better. Graphics aside the gameplay is just not there. It's a randomly generated mini-game and that's it. Without the Star Trek license the game probably wouldn't even get a second look. It's ashame because there are cool aspects it's just not in the gameplay, so what's the point. #Nintendo #NES #VideoGames #Games #Gamer #Gaming #GamersLife #Retro #Classic #RetroGames #ClassicGames #InstaGamer #90s #Handsome_Rob_7 #TCOAG #Handsome_Rob_7_The_NES_Years https://www.instagram.com/p/Bmv7q03Fa3i/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=y1ij1ixkc1h0
