More concepts for E.Q., Decon did some quick doodles of Accelerato (Tim) and Obligato, and left me to my own devices for the twins.  The last pic are the roughs I’ve done for them.  They’re still evolving, so its an interesting process.

For you E.Q. fans wondering what Fleace’s new crew looks like.  The pencils weren’t scanning right so Obligato wasn’t as dark as I wanted, but I nailed his disaffected look pretty good.  Accelerato looks decidedly childish, a little softer and feminine, which works when you think the boy can flip onna dime from “timid bishi” to “batshit kill’im all”.  The twins are kinda bland atm, but I rather like that.  Hoping to work these guys a little more clearly as the album comes along; get used to seeing them, they’re in it for the long haul.
