Okay.

I didn't go to the gym last night. In my defense, I left work early to take care of something else...which ended up not being able to be resolved yesterday but hopefully today. But that's also another story for another time. So. Today. Today I will: •hit my minimum/goal of 8200 steps. (I'm currently at 5819 and its 11:06 am). •go to Zumba •get to the gym early and walk/get some steps in before class. This weekend I commit to: •Zumba class •getting in the bike, even just for 10 minutes •getting in the pool Hold me accountable, mmmmmkay?
