I'm surprised there's so few fics in AO3 for Ace x Yamato. I'm rewatching One Piece and got to the point where Yamato talks about Ace, their friendship was so cute. I platonically ship them, naturally, but there's some good romantic potential there too, me-thinks.

Bruschette con crema di peperoni Ingredienti: 2 peperoni rossi 2 pomodori Un quarto di cipolla 4 olive verdi 2 cucchiaini di capperi Un po' di sedano Un ciuffo di basilico Olio extravergine d'oliva Un cucchiaio di aceto di vino bianco Un cucchiaino di zucchero. Sale, origano. 20 grammi di pinoli. Pulire i peperoni e tagliarli a strisce. Affettare la cipolla e tagliare i pomodori a pezzi. In una padella mettere un filo d'olio extravergine d'oliva, la cipolla, i peperoni e cominciare a farli rosolare a fuoco vivace. Dopo qualche minuto aggiungere i pomodori , il sale e il sedano. Girare, coprire con un coperchio, abbassare la fiamma e continuare la cottura girando ogni tanto. Quando i pomodori appassiscono e i peperoni sono quasi cotti alzare di nuovo la fiamma e sfumare con l'aceto. Lasciare evapora l'aceto, aggiungere le olive snocciolate e tagliate a pezzi i capperi, il basilico, l'origano e lo zucchero. Mescolare, completare la cottura e spegnere la fiamma. Mettere nel contenitore del mixer, aggiungere i pinoli e frullare. ACETO and her stand, [LUST FOR LIFE]

Aceto is a 20yr old college student in Italy that works for a gambling squad in Passione. She’s, well, an idealized me. Snarky, defensive, clever, determined. More likely to run from a fight than actually face off. She spends much of her free time browsing wikipedia and picking up random facts. Will also chug a six pack of soda for 20 bucks.

Stand: LUST FOR LIFE Lust for life is a stand that specializes in exchanges. It’s a wish based stand that grants the user (and other people) whatever they desire. The payment, however, is the wisher’s memories. Small wishes (answers to a test, a new phone, etc) will require a small memory (like the wishers knowledge of sea-cucumbers for example. But larger wishes require much greater skills. Complete academic success for the wisher may require one to give up their knowledge and enthusiasm about the thing they love most. Lust for Life only takes skills, memories, and knowledge, not physical things. Once knowledge, skill, or memory is lost, it cannot be regained. Ex: If someone gives up their tennis skills, they cannot learn tennis again. It will just be static and fumbling every time they try. If someone loses their memories of their family, even if someone else tells them about the family it will register as static and be unlearnable.

The stand chooses the memory, not the wisher. Lust for Life and view and scan memories of other people and it’s user. The greater the wish, the greater the price. However, the price is often ironic. The wisher can choose to refuse. Lust for Life gives it’s user better deals than other people. The more knowledge Lust for Life gains, the better deals it can give to it’s user.

The stand’s skull can manifest itself to non-stand users in order to make ‘deals’. A deal must be made while talking to the stand directly. Lust for Life and move 100m from it’s user. The effects of the deal will last forever and at any range unless the user dies/becomes incapacitated.
