Log 7/2/2021

I closed all of my Activity Rings again today, so excited! I didn't post the food log yesterday because my finace and I were at my parents watching fireworks and did not get home until later.

As for the food:

Breakfast:

Blueberry bagel and whipped cream cheese and a premier protein shake.

Lunch:

Left over mexican with chips and salsa

Snacks:

Kind Bar and Peanut Butter Crackers

Dinner: **Uncle Leo's Pizza**

Pep and Bacon Thin crust pizza, zucchini sticks and toasted ravioli

Overall feelings: Yesterday was not without its trials. I felt really hungry and really wanted to just keep eating. The thing is that I noticed that I was bored.
