One thing that really freaks me out is how other people can notice I'm struggling without them knowing because they've seen inside my head, like I dont understand it.

I finally got the discharging date! I'm so excited!! Its been 15 months of involuntarily hospitalisation and I'm finally stable enough to get discharged!!
Maybe this have been done before idk but I thought it was funny.
Started on zyprexa again and ditched abilify and it’s been HELL. I can’t go outside because the birds are spying on me and the voices are so mean and I keep loosing my body and floating around in the room. I miss selfharming so bad, it keeps me sane in a way but now I’m completely losing it. And I think a bunny have moved into my room?? I can sense something in the corner of my room and I’m pretty sure it’s a bunny. I hope it’s nice and not a mean one
I've been trying to write a post for what seems like forever but I can't get anything down. School is starting on Monday and I'm not here for it. I've had several small psychotic episodes because of Christmas and all the stress. I don't know how to cope with this. I really hope I can get through this semester without too much trouble. Happy New year tho let's hope 2021 will be better
Im out of the hospital! Met my new therapist today and she seems nice. I told her about that time I had a man in my bed (I live alone) and how the voices were screaming at me for not to wake him up and she explained to me that moving could be a reason why the symptoms are a bit worse now
It hurts to see how much this illness have taken away from me and how I have to take precautions to avoid ending up psychotic again. It might seem like a small thing that I can't party as much as other people my age but when you have missed out on so much growing up because of mental illnesses small things get super important. I don't want to miss out on anything, but if I do what they do the chance of me having another episode is pretty big. I just need to accept that I have some issues they don't have, they don't need to take the same precautions as I do and that's okay. I'm okay
Stressed out lately. Scared of everything. Hard to sleep. Paranoia is extreme. Got my zypadhera injection today. I really hope it will take the worst of my anxiety but I don't know. I'm confused and scared
I feel broken. Want to drop out of school, I can't focus on anything. I'm just so tired. Every time I think it gets better I wake up on the bottom again
