Ay, it’s alright. Honestly I say this is a good question to be asking.

For me the major telling sign has been psychosis & delusions, along with really bad paranoia at nearly all times.
Psychosis & delusions have always come for me in the form of being convinced I was being watched by entities or that someone was stalking me. I get super paranoid about it and start checking over my shoulder constantly looking for the thing(s) that is watching me, and I can genuinely feel myself being watched even though nothing is there. Or, like last year, that the government/ICE were gonna come get my ass and that they were monitoring me and my family (which falls under the whole being watched thing but it’s its own brand).

Also, another thing that I very quickly realized is a symptom is the fact that (usually during psychosis), I feel like something is speaking to me through my thoughts.
Apparently, that is a form of auditory hallucinations (which doesn’t make sense to me because I’m not actually hearing them but we ball).
Quite honestly though I don’t seem to have many other hallucinations besides what seems to be occasional olfactory hallucinations, presence hallucinations, and other types of auditory hallucinations- though that’s likely to change as I get older.

Here’s some complimentary articles on olfactory & auditory hallucinations too (I can’t find any on presence hallucinations):
Auditory hallucinations happen when you hear voices or noises that aren’t there. They have many possible causes from both temporary and chro
Phantosmia is when you detect smells that aren’t actually there. To get rid of phantosmia, you have to treat the underlying cause.

I can also direct you to some blogs that would be able to answer questions better if you would like (endo safe ones specifically :))
Also also, don’t take everything I’ve said as 100% accurate. I’m still figuring things out and it’s a complicated subject quite honestly.
Anygays, hope this has helped :))
