As much as I love CPU, school and stuff is preventing me from writing the stuff I want, and we should be able to move onto other things,, so here we go!
Everyone meeting Madam Stinger and Mixer goes about as well as you expect. They do nearly get arrested until Vitality calms everyone down and explains the game plan
Stinger, as stated, is acting as the bait. She would be the one to lure out CPU, but not Encode. Vitality knows full well how dangerous it would be if it were Encode who confronted her, so they stick to it being CPU. The simple game plan is getting CPU to believe Stinger wants to come back and 'atone', so that he'll tell her where Encode's current base is. Which, thankfully, goes to plan.
He leads her there, with several Admins following soon after once Stinger gives them the code to the server. Meanwhile, the First Four step in to handle the bullshit with the Council. They may not be as forefront as before, but they do still hold power!!
The group that follows CPU ends up being Stinger (obviously), Mixer, Cursor, Lag, Buffer, Abyssal and Umbra. Vitality doesn't follow, because while she would love to, she also needs to stay behind to make sure she's properly prepared to fix whatever Encode did to CPU because it'd absolutely going to be a pain to fix.
Stinger does feel genuinely bad when she eventually manages to get CPU bound (just with some handcuffs and a cloth for a gag that Crash gave her) because if anyone understands his fear of Encode the best, it's obviously her. But she doesn't want to be here a moment longer than she needs to be.
Of course, the Neo Programs obviously need to be handled, but upon seeing the sheer amount that's been made, everyone collectively agrees that it's probably better to just.. burn the whole fucking server to the ground at this point because even with a god (Abyssal) with them, it would take ages. Unfortunately, Encode arrives after getting news from the Council that they will, in fact, no longer be funding or aiding her on account of the First Four stepping in.
I'm sure you can imagine the short fuse she has at the moment.
The ensuing battle is chaotic, everywhere, but they do of course manage to get Encode. Considering the.. everything.. about her, she gets to go to Computer Hell!! Yay!! (Lag does get the right of punching Encode. Several times.)
CPU gets taken back to the Adminspace and, after some intense work, Vitality manages to undo the work done on him. And, obviously, he reverts his appearance to normal.
And, obviously, he's decided he's done with his job in the Adminspace. He loves everyone, he does, he loves his job but he knows when he's reached his limit. He resigns, officially giving his position to Cursor (along with admitting it's nice to see her finally someone likeable). It's of course emotional, but he promises he won't be going anywhere anytime soon, since he'll be joining the Meme Alliance.
Of course, he's definitely going to take a break. So, just for a while, CPU leaves to go and spend some time on the Codespace Train, where Array is more than happy to welcome him back aboard.
Aaaaand scene. :)
I'll probably write a scene about CPU's resignation and going to the Codespace Train, but for now I'm just happy to finally get this out. School's been absolute hell lately (so many quizzes already) so I wanted to finish this off in some form. Also, not tagging everyone mentioned because it is just a very, very condensed version of everything that happens.
