2016 Best Albums | 06. Adore life - Savages I need this kind of rock with attitude and intensity to get all that urgent emotionality to the surface. It threatens to burst at the seams with so much controlled power. Although I do itch for the vocals to go bonkers to match the music sometimes - what a tease - I’m kinda crushing on the dripping coolness of Jehnny Beth’s presence?
