Speaking of I Can't Reach You's jealousy about boundaries, I like how Serena's boundary is literally who Ash wants to go with.

I think many people don't value this characteristic and end up interpreting it completely wrong because of the obsession of the AMOURSHIPPING FANDOM and others to fight for the existence of Amour/to validate Amourshipping

The only people who fight for the existence of someone by Ash's side if he wants are the Amourshipping shippers/Haters

Serena has always been very healthy about it. She never stopped Miette from having her chances with Ash lmao why would she go crazy against any other Pokegirl?? Or in this case a lot of the SatoGou fandom has been doing this for a while now i want to get this off my chest

The fans mostly also make Calem look bad in FanFiction and they use him to make Ash jealous, which I think is stupid if you ask me, and his characterization almost always sucks.

Analyze the character by their own attitudes in the plot and stop simply...putting the fans as the behavior of the character/characters. You can't let fans of a shipping discount how a character is actually characterized.

First FanART commission I've done ^u^ It was definitely a new experience, but I was happy to accept the challenge~

Anyway, the commissioner offered a great design for Adult!Ash--not often is he designed with facial hair, but... it actually looks good on him ^u^ As for May, there wasn't an adult design for her, so I offered to use my grown-up/adult design. They gave me permission to use that design of her for the commission, so everything was a "go" from there ^u^

While searching through the tag for stuff to reblog, it was plain to see the lamentation of Penguinshippers that the ship gets the least amount of love from the fandom. I totally share their grief but it also got me thinking, just how unpopular is Penguinshipping compared to the other well known Pokemon ships?

So I typed all of the most common well known ships’ name into the Youtube search bar and compiled the number of results each produced along with the most viewed video.

I present them here. Take out of it what you will

Some additional observations after sorting them out

- Penguinshipping did not do as bad as I expected. It has 2 thousand more results than any of Iris’ shipping. (I sympathize to you Negai and Wishful shippers)

- An Advanceshipping video already surpassed a million views yet the most viewed Pokeshipping video (from a well known Pokemon youtuber no less) has yet to 

- I want to say I’m surprised Appealshipping yielded the number of results it did since Zoey is part in many of Dawn’s big moments
