Ali’ster Magistar. A rather pleasant fellow for one that is Dhay-Vol’s right hand man. Though, he is a voice of reason for that zealot of a Chosen.

Ali’ster Magistar. A rather pleasant fellow for one that is Dhay-Vol’s right hand man. Though, he is a voice of reason for that zealot of a Chosen.
Skirmishers Tiray and Diun, sharing exactly one brain cell.
Getting an idea out of my head. Spontaneous new character and maybe a side story.
Kuo is her name. No last name... yet. Traveling medic that removes chips from Hybrids, Humans, and Aliens where ever she goes. Also can remove ports and other implants with minimal scarring. And hates the heat A LOT as she can easily overheat. Blames her psionics. Will not catch her with one of those fur collars.
Was rescued from a facility by a joint Skirmisher clan mission and was thankful for the rescue once she was in a better headspace, but didn’t join them. Or any other clan she’s met on her walk about. Doesn’t feel like she’d fit in with them as she has faint memories, not false implanted ones, that she was once human. Doesn’t feel like she has a place amongst the mostly clone filled clans. But she does accept things they give to her as thanks for her medical assistance.
And those memories haunt her. Just can tell she worked for ADVENT for some point until she was hybridize for who’s knows what and knows she’s done some terrible things. Just doesn’t know if it was willing or not. Terrifies her the most, especially one memory she can only assume she was close to the person was so angry she went to work for ADVENT. Can tell things did not end on the best of terms. So she’s a very broken woman and her near monotone voice tends to show it.
She’s traveled alone for years until one Skirmisher decided to stick with her despite her wishes. He’s grown onto her over the years and she admits she enjoys his company. And then the survival skills he knows. He’s like a walking survival book as he’s always finding edible food for them and plants for medical use.
And then she accidentally ends up getting some Reaper “companions” at gunpoint after saving them and one of their critically injured people. Half, they just lost their medic and almost lost their beginner replacement she just saved and could really use someone that knows their stuff in this dangerous region. And then half, “you’re gonna need protection in these parts. Not all are as tolerant as us to you hybrids.” There’s a lot of tension in the group, some not agreeing with the leader’s choice, but things eventually get better... after some revelations and heartache.
Ah, I love how she looks. Tassiter would totally accidentally crush a few of your ribs when hugging ya if she’s in an excited mood. But the hugs are very warm so the crushed ribs may be worth it.
Thankfully Zhang avoids more broken ribs, but doesn’t stop her from picking him up and slinging him over her shoulders when they need to leave in a hurry. That stops once he’s doing a lot better with his health.

From the other post:
Gen. 2.5 Hybrid spliced with Muton DNA and something else. And that something else gave her lots and lots of hair and scales. And muscles. She worked as an “Enforcer” at the facility as she’s a brickhouse to put it lightly. She prefers her hands and a sturdy, thick chain compared to guns. And then her hands are too massive for the standard ADVENT guns.
The Watcher. The Three. Jy-Sol’s personal PROXIES. Helmets off.
1st Generation Hybrids but with their heavy augmentation that bumps them up to Generation 2.5. Actually were semi-2.5′s before Maker got his hands on them and really fixed them up. Always a running theme for him fixing his Brethren’s messes.
All three get along very well despite how Claudis and S’Norri may look annoyed/irritated. Default face syndrome. Practically have a unbreakable sibling bond.
Had fun working on these three. Have to figure out their armor another day because that’s custom too. Less the ADVENT blocky. Has a blend of blocky but smooth organic shapes.
Feel free to ask questions about the three. I don’t mind answering :D.
And I see I forgot to apply an aspect of Jy-Sol’s Elders marks to S’Norri and Dagos. Ugh. That’s been updated and fixed.
And I miss my scanner.
I’m still on hiatus but loved how I sketched Magistar so I wanted to share him. He’s been haunting my dreams for awhile.
So Alister Magistar is Warlock’s High Priest that handles all sorts of affairs for him when he’s busy. Magistar also helps select Priests that will be elevated to the Elite Priest status in Warlock’s inner circle. Recently happened to Kuro and she’s rather nervous.
They’re given a bit more leeway(and freewill) on what they get to wear. So a little less blocky than the standard Priests but still has some geometric designs here and there.
And ciao again for a few more days.
As I continue to sketch up Hybrids, and build upon the further augmentation idea, now I’m thinking of building up on some generation lore.
1st Gen: Humans turned Hybrids
2nd Gen: Clone born Hybrids
2.5 Gen: Human and Clone born Hybrids, further experimented on to test how far certain alien DNA can be pushed. Traits of those aliens start to appear. Inconsistency with how traits manifest between each Hybrid.
3rd Gen: Clone born augmented Hybrids. Previous stepping stone refined and polished. Traits of the selected aliens in full force. Strong consistency of how the alien traits manifest in each clone batch.
Finally drawing show-off High Priest, Magistar.
I’m gonna be annoyed with the armor later, but gonna fire up the game with some mods to get some ref shots to get the volumes right for that chest plating. And then make a majority of the cast the best I can in the game.
