Advent: Day 1 - Memorable Ornament

First of all the camera quality isn’t the best I know but I’m writing this from an old phone so just bear with me.

This decoration might not look like very much but I love it. My Nan used to knit loads of different things like jumpers and teddy’s and she started to knit Christmas decorations for the tree, she made Santa’s, snowmen, baubles with ribbon and also angels. She would always give us the angels and it just feels really special and it’s a nice way to remember her. So yes, a simple knitted angel is my favourite decoration on my Christmas tree.

Memorable Ornaments

Well I can finally say Merry Christmas!!!

I really love Christmas if you can’t tell and have already decorated my house, the tree is up and there is tinsel in nearly every room in the house.

So I’m thinking that I do one post in the morning/afternoon of the actual task and then later on I post my response. They will all be titled like this one ‘Writeblr Advent:’

So day 1, December 1st.

Take a photo of your favourite Christmas ornament or a figure (if you don’t celebrate Christmas) and write about why you like it, perhaps it’s because someone gave it to you or because of where you got it from :)

(Sorry it’s quite a short one but I thought it would be best to start small and then build on it. Also is it better if I post an overview of every advent day later on today or just do it like this everyday?)
