What is the Aspec Glossary?

Aego- (sometimes also called autochoris-) is a microlabel prefix that indicates that the person in question experiences attraction of that type only when they themselves are not involved. "A-" meaning without, and "ego-" meaning the self. It indicates a sort of disconnect between the individual and that type of attraction. Aegos may experience attraction only in a third-person sense, such as in fiction, but they typically will not insert themselves into the places of the characters.

Aegoromantics (autochorisromantics) may enjoy romantic content, but only when they themselves are not involved (for example, reading a romance fic that occurs between two characters, but avoiding any romantic fics with y/n or reader-insert characters). They may have romantic fantasies without wanting to actually experience them.

Aegosexuals (autochorissexuals) may enjoy sexual content, but only when they themselves are not involved (for example, reading a smut fic that occurs between two characters, but avoiding any smut fics with y/n or reader-insert characters). They may have sexual fantasies without wanting to actually experience them. Aegosexuals may prefer masturbation to actually having sex.

Aegoroses (autochorisroses) or aego aroaces (autochoris aroaces) are both aegoromantic and aegosexual.

Aegoplatonics (autochorisplatonics) may enjoy platonic content, but only when they themselves are not involved (for example, reading a friendship fic that occurs between two characters, but avoiding any such fics with y/n or reader-insert characters). They may have platonic fantasies without wanting to actually experience them.

Someone can also be aegofamilial, aegosensual, etc.
