It has been a couple of years – Or perhaps more time between, seeing that time flies and it’s considered a relative concept; Adding to that, Hyosung has always been also quite abstracted, so she wasn’t certain for how long she had been on this journey of hers.
But one thing she didn’t forget was her mission.
She had the notion that she wasn’t peculiarly human, did recall the day she had fallen from the heavens at full velocity and how she had been told that it could have been someone’s fault, seeing that is not everyday that a fall star becomes a girl all of a sudden.
Grasping at those straws and trying to get used to the usual lives that humans had, she found herself having friends, a few foes and work by a local spa in her valley, but every Spring, she would take the time out to look for who could had set her fate.
Almost romantically, she took at least a few weeks out when the weather was best for her and dared to go up the hill where she was been told that the other perhaps would be by, which on itself also became a tail citizens would tell: Meanwhile, people heard that the Magician’s or witches family lived at that corner, possibly apart from the rest of the community or so it seemed as no one recalled seeing them around that often, they said that the girl would be on a unending search for her love every Spring to confess her love, until she would come too late.
Obviously, she flushed when told about what people were supposing of her trips towards the area she was informed of, but always rubbed any comments off her shoulders when asked anything else.
The story they came up with made no sense, she barely knew the person besides for what she was told and meant only to ask why he did what he did to her, when she was supposed to be nothing but a cold meteor forgotten between many other rocks. – That for her wasn’t as romantic as they would probably think. But either way, she did go every year didn’t ever give up, so she did give them that.
Besides, it did make her think a bit on her true intentions and wonder if meeting the other was that important, but as it became a tradition of hers of some sorts, she grabbed a backpack full of good things she would want to eat while on the wild of the mountain, some alcohol to drink when thirsty, – since water would take her flame off – and made her trip up in search for the other.
Somehow she seemed to be lucky this year, or she was so athirst for a conclusion to her curiosity that she seemed to locate something not too far from the trail she chose to take.
Traipsing after a long way, she rose one hand to her eyes, so she could bring some shade up to them to see better and reached the door, she would courageously knock to test this years luck.
Would she finally meet the infamous person that gave her life or would this be another trip just with the excuse of having a picnic at the top?
