let's talk about something that might seem too simple, but works like pure magic behind the scenes: robotic affirming. it's when you're saying your affirmations repeatedly without feeling anything special. just words repeated again and again. this might not feel exciting at first, but it’s doing way more for you than you think.
✮ what is robotic affirming?
robotic affirming is the practice of repeating affirmations. even if it feels flat, emotionless, or even boring. you might be brushing your teeth, scrolling pinterest or laying in your bed whispering to yourself "i am a master manifestor" on loop. no extra effort. you're not trying to “make it feel it real” in any way. you're not visualizing or scripting or daydreaming.
+ it's a very good technique to work on your self concept. fighting against the negative beliefs, stopping that thought and replacing it by an affirmation you repeat again and again is a perfect method to change your self concept.
your subconscious mind doesn't need emotions or a mental movie to believe things. your subconscious doesn't have eyes. it just needs repetition. when you keep feeding it a new story, no matter how robotic that story is, it starts to accept it. it's a mix of persisting and affirming but a way quicker version. affirming again and again, even if it’s the 400th time (side note: this is just an example, repeat it as many times as you need, if 10 times is enough for you than that is what works for you, your inner world, your rules!!) , your world must reflect the new story you’ve drilled in. the more often you drop a thought into it, the deeper it goes. because you are repeating that affirmation like a robot, the mind starts to recognize: “oh, this must be true. she says it all the time.” and soon the 4d begins to bend itself to match those affirmations.
✮ when to use robotic affirming
you can actually use it whenever, you decide what works for you. this works for me so well and i just love to use it, because it makes me feel fufilled which makes detaching way easier to do. which always works for me. but you can robotic affirm when:
you feel too tired to do any other method
you’re anxious, restless, overthinking or stuck in the 3D
you want to stay in alignment
you want to stay mentally loyal to a desire without getting emotional
you want to reprogram limiting beliefs
