for the past like, month, I've been trying to hang out with my friends. hell, maybe even longer. last night, I listened to some confidence+self concept rampages while visualizing my desired body, face, situation, and that all my friends responded to me. I also repeated "i manifest quickly and easily," "I'm always chosen," "I'm wonderful," and "i love getting what I want."

I didn't expect anything, but I told myself that I didn't need to expect anything for my manifestations to come.

ok so i know a lot of yall are gonna try and argue in the comments about it LISTEN.

one reason why this is so harmful to the community is because of people that doesn’t have belief in subliminals. ALOTTTT of people that doesn’t have a good understanding of manifestation and spirituality in general is gonna come and disrupt people who doesn’t believe in manifestation and subliminals belief. manifestion and sublimals relies on faith and literally your belief. that’s what the law of attraction is. to believe and u will receive. if somebody come up to u and says “ur delusional” it puts a sort of limiting belief and causes to slow manifestations and stops it all together.

the second reason is simply because of terrible people. i saw a post another day that somebody requested a subliminal to attract young girls. not everybody is in the best interest and not everybody wants it to do good things. subliminals are a tool to help you BETTER YOURSELF. also a lot of people use chatgpt and putting bad affirmations in a lot of these sublimals which is TERRIBLEEEEE for the people that do listen. literally watering down the meaning of subliminals and manifestion in general. manifestion and other things are already mainstream enough and the whole “new age belief” is beyond me.

over all it’s very harmful to the community and the community itself has already have ALOT of problems. i’m not gatekeeping to be a bitch but atleast to make it mainstream. if u have been listening to subliminals please gatekeep for the better of the community. or atleast don’t post it on fucking tiktok bro. yes ik this seems like a non issue and is kinda poorly written but that post made me mad nd it needs to be said again. this whole situation is like kinda like a ifykyk type stuff. if u know abt subliminals keep it at that and if u dont den idk wha to tell u

i actually listened to @adambja tape ( i am in control ) last night just 2 times while doing the psych - k method (I'm laid down while doing it) and guess what after I put my phone aside and laid again my mind automatically out of nowhere start saying affirmations that relate that I'm already in my dream life / living it already and I don't even notice for like few minutes.

So guys please try it. It's really working . And if you guys are listening to it with the psych k method remember it is normal to all your fears and unwanted thoughts popping up. When they do just remember one thing they are popping up because your subconscious is removing them from your belief system and adding new thoughts/belief . And these new thoughts/belief are what you guys are listening to in aff tape/what are you saying while doing the method.
