the recent more open and centralized discussion of transmisogyny has me feeling like I'm a 7 year old white kid again learning about racism for the first time and not getting it because it "doesn't make any sense" as if it's supposed to

it feels like at every turn I'm learning about something my close friends just kind of learn to live with that I didn't have the faintest idea about and can't wrap my head around and it's newly frustrating because people are supposed to make SENSE!! (note: no they're not, I'm just autistic)
