Mezcal Old Fashioned !

2 oz Mezcal el Silencio  1 barspoon agave syrup 2 dashes orange bitters 2 dashes Angostura bitters Stir all ingredients with plenty of ice until chilled. 

Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice or over one large cube. 

Garnish with an expressed orange peel and a smoking vanilla bean.

Fresh Skinny Margarita

This Vegan Thai Iced Tea is a refreshing twist on the classic Thai beverage. Made with coconut milk and sweetened with agave syrup, it's a creamy and delicious drink perfect for any time of the day.

Ingredients: 4 cups water. 4 black tea bags. 1/2 cup coconut milk. 2 tablespoons agave syrup or sweetener of choice. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Ice cubes.

Instructions: In a pot, bring water to a boil. After taking it off the heat, add the tea bags and let them steep for 5 to 7 minutes. Once the tea is cool, take out the tea bags and let it sit overnight. Then, put the coconut milk, agave syrup, and vanilla extract in a different bowl and mix them together well. Put ice cubes in glasses. Leave some space at the top of the glass and pour the cooled tea over the ice cubes. Pour the coconut milk mix over the tea slowly. The coconut milk will make layers as it sinks to the bottom. To mix the flavors, stir before you drink.
