Air, the breath of life, the wings, the power of movement, freedom, and intellect. It’s the invisible and intangible force that shapes our lives. Air fills lungs, circulates and moves in currents. Air is a carrier, through its movement it brings sounds, allows the flying animals to travel in the sky and transports seeds and leaves fertilizing the soil. Air moves water and clouds and contributes to the water cycle. Air is the energy that allows us to breath and to speak powerful word of wisdom and to communicate with others. It's the energy that set us free through ideas and dreams and that brings new beginnings. Just as the wind flows without boundaries, the air encourages us to embrace change and release attachments. It symbolizes the unrestricted nature of the mind and the limitless potential for growth.

Paranormal Tornadoes
Tornadoes have long captivated the human imagination. This is not only due to their immense strength, but also to their eerie and otherworldly nature. Many different cultures connect these whirling storms to supernatural occurrences and the presence of air spirits. The overwhelming fury and unpredictability of tornadoes evoke awe and dread in people, leading many to believe that supernatural forces cause the genesis of tornadoes. In mythology, there is a common belief that tornadoes are manifestations of air spirits or elemental entities. There is a widespread belief that these spirits have the ability to exert control over the winds, allowing them to shape and drive tornadoes accordingly. Certain traditions believe that these spirits are ancient sky guardians, whose responsibility it is to ensure that nature remains in equilibrium. When human activities enrage or disturb them, they may release their rage in the form of a tornado. This serves as a reminder of both their power and their presence.
Stories from a variety of civilizations claim that spirits, either vengeful or playful, possess tornadoes. It is believed that these creatures are able to ride the winds and use the tornado as a vehicle to travel quickly across the earth. In the midst of the howling winds, witnesses have reported hearing weird voices or laughter, and they have attributed these sounds to the presence of the ghosts. There are also stories that claim ghosts can interact with people who are brave enough to approach them, providing them with cryptic warnings or forecasts. The category of paranormal elements of tornadoes also includes accounts of extraordinary events that occur either before or after a tornado. Some individuals have reported seeing unexplainable spectral apparitions or lights in the sky, which they attribute to the spiritual energy surrounding the tornado. While some assert that they have experienced a heightened feeling of intuition or a profound connection to the natural world, they have the impression that the spirits are attempting to communicate with them through the storm.
There are others who believe that tornadoes serve as gateways to other dimensions, a point of intersection between the material and the spiritual realms. There have been reports of things, even people, appearing to vanish during a tornado, only to return later in unexpected places. These reports have provided support for this theory. The existence of such tales contributes to the mystery surrounding tornadoes, giving the impression that they are more than merely meteorological occurrences. These paranormal tornado interpretations highlight the power and mystery of nature, bringing to our attention forces that are beyond our ability to comprehend. They inspire us to reflect on the idea that invisible entities and forces are transforming the universe in ways that science alone cannot account for. Through the telling of these stories, tornadoes are transformed from being merely natural calamities into significant representations of the fragile balance that exists between the physical and the spiritual, as well as the known and the unknown.

Witchy mugs of tea
As a Brit, I am legally required to adore tea, or something, idk. But I do start the day with a mug of tea.
I make my tea with a teabag in a mug, like any insane person who hasn't had their caffeine yet. But what I do differently is to pour the water out of the kettle from a couple of feet up. Yes, occasionally, it splashes. Never on me, though. I've gotten pretty good at not getting accidentally scalded by boiling water.
The logical explanation for why this makes a better brew is that, by agitating the water in the mug, it makes the tea brew a bit quicker.
The witchy explanation is the army of air spirits that stir my tea for me every morning.
I think you probably can guess which explanation I prefer.

Sylph is the name given to spirits of the air by 16th century philosopher and alchemist, Paracelsus.
Sylphs were capable of moving through the air, controlling it and even causing storms or clouds. While they are often depicted in artwork as beautiful women, Paracelsus first described them as invisible.
They were one of four spirits, or beings, that Paracelsus said embodied the four elements. This list also included gnomes, salamander and undine.
