Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon lemon juice. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: Mix honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. This will make the marinade. Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets that are in a shallow dish. Make sure the salmon has enough on it. Put it in the fridge with the lid on for 10 to 15 minutes to marinate. Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C. Take the salmon out of the marinade and put it in the air fryer basket with the skin side down. Depending on how thick the fillets are, the salmon should be cooked in the air fryer for 10 to 12 minutes. Use a fork to see if the salmon is done; it should be easy to flake apart. If you want, you can add fresh parsley on top when it's done. The Honey Mustard Marinade for Air-Fried Salmon should be served hot.
