“You’re really gonna want to get away,” she asserted, one hand thrown out to her side to keep the metal-limbed stranger from walking forward. “Unless you’ve got something serious to fight with, you’re going to have a bad time with her.”
Even Toph, with the limited bending this place allowed for, wasn’t sure she’d be able to hold her off very long- even if she had the rest of her friends with her, it wasn’t a certain thing. The her she spoke of stood just within eyesight amid the thick mist surrounding them, watching the pair with narrowed, dangerous eyes, a smirk of confidence and an unsettling levity on her face.
“Already found new friends to try and protect, little girl?” Her tone was dripping with condescension and an air of cruelty. “Luckily for you, I’m not interested in him. Nor you, really. Who knows? Perhaps you can just tell me where the Avatar is and I’ll be on my merry way.”
Toph let one foot slide back, her stance low and ready. She would give no verbal response- she couldn’t tell for sure Azula was lying, but she had a suspicion she wasn’t nice enough to even consider such a thing.
