Jace: Do you remember much of last night? You had a bit too much to drink.
Alec: No, not really. Should I?
Jace: Well, you put one hand on Magnus and stuck part of your other hand into the fire we had going. Then you calmly looked at Magnus and said, "it's not as hot as you." But, other than that, not much happened.
Alec, looking at his hands: They look fine to me
Jace: That's because Magnus healed you after confiscating your drink and sending you to sit in the chair furthest away from the fire.
Alec: ...well, did he like what I said?
Jace: I think he was mostly horrified, but, you should probably ask him that, not me.

"Aw man that sucks! Hope ya get better soon. I can recommend more vitamins or any of that shit. Honey for sore throats, especially."
“Could’ve gotten certain vitamins but... they’re regulated and I ain’t got the dough for it. Also it’s mostly vomitin’... thanks, though, I guess?” He shrugged, then eyed the other quizzically. Or... at least as quizzically as his mood would allow. “What kind o’ shit y’got, though...?”
‘ Here, let me bandage that up. ’ /Jace!
On any other day, Alec would have brushed him off and gone off to his room to tie up the bitten leg. It wasn’t bad, just hurt like a bitch and effected his gait. He’d already checked with medical staff to make sure it didn’t need stitches. An iratze rune had already started working. But they needed this. Jace needed it. Their bond was already frayed and too strained for comfort. “Okay,” Alec said quietly, nodding to his parabatai. He brought the injured leg up into a flamingo stance to hop himself over to a chair. One of the room’s older pieces of furniture, one that hopefully no one would mind him getting blood on. “You know, if you really wanted to get my pants off all you had to do was ask.”
