sam winchester regressor headcanons ✩彡(do not tag as kin/fo)
🌱 : regresses to a big kid ! probably 8-10 :) mostly self sufficient but will occasionally want a carer
☁️ : reads a ton , mostly fact books or history books . he also enjoys the tactile books , i definitely see him being a dino kiddo !!!
🌿 : will hum softly as he reads too , i also see him kicking his legs or tapping his fingers a lot .
🍵 : always wears comfy clothes or pajamas when regressing , he has a little "kit" tucked away with baby blankets , books , maybe even some worksheets .
🍀 : imaginative play is his favorite ! he works on his own dinosaur species and planets . maybe even creates whole ecosystems and carefully describes how it all works together ? i think he has an agere journal too , thats where he keeps all his work n coloring !
🍃 : loves going out in nature and exploring , give him a nice book and some apple juice under a nice big tree on a cool summer day and he will be set for HOURS ! might end up napping too . . .
🦖 : thats another thing ! very sleepy kiddo , mainly because he usually regresses at night once he gets some alone time and quiet .
🧃 : has never really told anyone about his regression , mainly keeps it to himself . it works well though because he doesnt exactly need a carer and he feels safer with it just being his own thing .
🍈 : when he involuntarily regresses or regresses without realizing dean will help him through it and be patient . he doesnt exactly know whats happening or why but hes figured out how to deal with it over time .
🏕️ : also really enjoys nature based activities , hiking , camping , long walks , maybe even some runs ! sometimes he will take pretty pictures to stick in his agere journal or just keep it nearby so he can look back at happy memories <3
🌲 : pet regresses to either a pup or a wolf !
🌳 : we all know sam is a dog person , so if he had a pet i definately think hed spend time with it when regressed . sleeping with it or building little forts ! even taking it with him when he adventures .
⛰️ : is also very clumsy and prone to minor injuries when regressed :( he can always patch himself up but he makes sure to give himself a treat after ! maybe a cookie or something similar
🍋🟩 : i think that if he and dean were to regress together that they would play swords !! if he ever had a carer i think hed want to play swords with them too
🧺 : when he does pet regress he is always super playful n excited n happy , very silly pup :3
🧩 : i also think hes more of a juice guy instead of a milk guy , uses a cool water bottle instead of a sippy or baby bottle . i think that he might use a paci but when he doesnt he uses chewlry !
🪵 : likes going to museums n parks , zoos n aquariums ! anywhere he can learn new things n see all sorts of cool stuff .
🍏 : fave regressed nick names : bug , bub / bubs / bubba , big guy , dog related ones (such as pup) , angel , munchkin .
