One of the worst things about being autistic and a writer is having to write emotions, I can’t even describe my own feelings what makes you think I can describe someone else’s 😭

Questioning NPD culture (with possible Alexithymia) was being unable to differentiate between shame and guilt when either of them punched me in the face, but after I can differentiate between them, they made me pissed off by the fact they don't magically linger away.
.
ALEXITHYMIA
seems like everybody else can fix their problems they identify the issues and they solve them
well I wish I could have that fucking option
just stave it off, watch me play it off.....
So anyway my asexual, alexthymic, autistic self decided to write a romance story filled with angst and feelings and two people realising that they need to be together, so I guess I'm doing that now
Alexthymia (not) Feels
Me: "I feel bad"
Person: "What's wrong?"
Me: "I don't know""
npd + alexithymia culture is genuinely being confused about how to know whether youre feeling love for the person themselves or if youre feeling love for the supply rhe person gives you

.
NPD + alexithymia culture is being so tired when people keeps using empathy as a way to decide if a person is good or bad. .. ?? I can't even tell my own emotions and now i'm no different than a bigot or a criminal for not understanding other's ???
