Hello new employee!
I left this note here for you as a sort of a new adjustment warning, as these particular character files are to be distributed across all universe where a particular someone has been in contact with the, and I'm being as serious as I can when I write this, yandere.
Now, as I continue writing this I feel the need to note that as an employee of A.O.C (Anti-Obsession-Committee), it is important that you ensure that these files remain classified and secure within your own company provided Safe. Make a password only you can remember, do NOT write it down and if you forget, your termination check will come in the mail.
With all this being said, feel free to read through these stacks of documents we have provided you to ensure the information is both accurate and helpful. Failure to do so will result in serious harm to the victim and possibly termination of contract depending on severity.

Greetings.
If you are reading this document, you have been made the target of a seriously dangerous individual.
This guide is to serve as a process of what to do with your current situation and to determine if you could possibly make it out of present situation. Please note that if your Danger Assessment is ranked too high, it may already be too late.
Upon peer review of this document, it may be possible to escape this current situation with great sacrifice however it must be noted that relocation is a requirement. If relocation is not possible, please follow the following steps provided within this document.

Stage One - Early Signs
Typically, during these early stages are the most common to lose the obsessors interest, however behavior may not be noticed immediately either by you or by the company. In this regard, if you have been sent this and recognize the following symptoms but not any of the later ones, you may be able to escape your situation.
Increased staring. This may seem small, but intense staring may be Alice taking a interest in you. This usually doesn't mean anything in the short term as Alice may or may not just terminate you once bored, but if passed past this stage, start considering your situation.
Muffled aggression towards you. This may mean that Alice has taken a liking to you when you enter her room, as many others that enter her room end up being killed within minutes or seconds within entering.
Outside influences. Assuming you are attending the school in which Alice resides in, pressures may not exist anymore such as harassment by Subjects Oliver, Zip and Edward.
How to avoid further deterioration.
Provoke Oliver. Alice may lose interest extremely quickly and put you on her radar of people to kill on sight. This is much more preferable to the alternative. Note: Stay out of sight of the subject should this prove successful.
Remove visitation entirely. Isolation in early stage will prove an effective deterrent for future obsession. This may make the Subject lose interest.
Provoke Subject. Should all else fail, insults and threats are usually enough to make the Subject lose interest. Note: Have a exit strategy ready should this prove successful, as most observers note that when successful, most victims do not have a exit strategy.
Stage Two - Deterioration
This is usually the stage in which the observed Subject will not let go so easily. It is possible to remove yourself from the situation, however all tactics from stage one will have muffled, if not no effect on the current subject. All experiments past this point have failed, so proceed with caution.
Take steps to reduce threat of provocation, which will include:
Compliments. Alice is usually receptive to compliments from those she considers close, which you are in this case. Do not over do it, she will eventually catch on you are just trying to get on her good side. This method does not work for reducing obsession, it only increases intensity of harm inflicted on others.
Conversation. Alice does not have many people she considers friends, and even less that she considers having a real conversation with that she will initiate. As such, attempt to find something non-personal to talk about that she may enjoy. Such as mutilation, torture or murder.
Limited physical affection. This may include handshakes, very light pats on the back or in extremely rare cases, kisses on the hands. Note that the last one will only increase obsession in which the subject accepts this form of affection.
Things to avoid when attempting to reduce provocation:
Excessive time away. If the previous escape method of relocation is impossible, spending too much time away from Alice will provoke her to go outside of the school. In this scenario, she will destroy anyone and everything in her path. She'll never admit it, but she prays you never see her in this stage.
Too much physical affection. Doing so will reduce her obsession dramatically, but the victim is usually dead before they can scream after physical affection reaches it's limit.
Manipulation. She's silent and calculating. She'll know when you're lying. Make sure you're subtle if you are attempting to make her lose interest through manipulation.
Last stage - Obsession
Should all else fail and relocation is impossible, it may already be too late for you. In such case and in such subject, there may be nothing you can do.
Observers note that in this stage, Alice is extremely possessive as well as Subject 2032, or formally Oliver. In such cases, making friends will be impossible and Victim mental stability may be beyond recovery. In this case, you're only hope is that you just go into debt to escape your current situation.
Many may die in the process. This does not matter, you matter much, much more to your universe than you may know. Other so called 'yandere's' are not universal and will not be able to find you. This is one such case.
Escape is your only option. Your safety is all that matters.

Imagine Klee wanting a baby sibling so bad that she keeps whispering it into you and Alice’s ears. Alice already knows she wants to have more kids with you, but with Klee constantly begging for a little sibling, she wonders if the time for a second child is sooner than she thought.
“Oh? You want a baby sibling?”
Alice wiggles her eyebrows at you from across the room, after Klee just finished whispering it into her ear.
“Ask your mama.”
And now you’re dealing with a whiny daughter who wants a baby sibling so bad, she “swears” she’ll be good for a whole year and not blow anything up. That seems like quite an exaggerated lie, but you suppose you should get to making that second baby asap.

Escoffier. She’s already quite strict with her staff on a regular work day, but if her wife were to be mad at her on that specific day, Escoffier’s employees are sweating. She genuinely becomes Gordon Ramsey incarnate because she’s so upset, throwing a curse here and there and even raising her voice when critiquing dishes.
“It’s bloody raw! Do it again!” She yells, all because she’s in a foul mood thanks to accidentally angering her wife last night. Those poor workers…
“Psst, what’s with the boss?”
“I think her wife made her sleep on the couch last night. She seems pretty upset.”
Meanwhile Escoffier is furiously beating some eggs with a whisk, taking her anger out on the eggs because all she wants to do is come home and make up with her wife. She wants to sleep on the bed again! She didn’t get a good nights sleep on the lonely, cold couch :(
Another Genshin woman who would make it everyone’s problem is Alice. If her and her wife were to get into a lovers’ quarrel that morning, Alice is scowling until they make up with each other. Her jovial personality is nowhere to be seen as she is in a pretty grumpy mood.
“Alice, what’s wrong?” Nicole asks concerned.
“I am not in the mood.”
She looks like an angry, sulking Dodoco with the way she glares off into space, arms crossed as she thinks of ways to make up with her wife. Do not bother Alice when she’s upset, she might set you on fire to leave her alone.
Lowkey, Alice would run around Teyvat looking for ways to convey that she’s sorry. She would put together a grandiose statement just to apologize, when all she needed to do was just say it. Alice you’re so fucking extra, but I guess that’s her way of really showing you she’s sorry.
Since we on loid!alice yor!reader imagine that scene of yor trying to prove her love for alice by pushing her down the couch and kiss her infront of an audience… well im not sure who would be the witness, nicole? jean? varka? but anyway the kiss doesn’t happen because reader passes out asleep on top alice 😭

I find it so funny that all three of the audience candidates you just listed are blondes. Also, why not have all three witnessing the “kiss?” I imagine that Varka drunkenly jokes that Reader and Alice aren’t actually together, and Reader (also drunk) takes that as a challenge to prove her love to her (fake) wife.
“I do too love my wife! Watch!”
And then Alice watches in awe —and concern— as her wife suddenly chugs an entire bottle of wine and sexily wipes the remaining drops off her lips. She gives Alice that look that is the equivalent of “I would break your pelvis if given the chance” and Alice is sat. She watches as Reader grabs her by the collar of her shirt and pins her down to the couch, about to kiss her in front of Jean, Nicole and Varka. Alice meekly puckers up, submitting to her hot assassin wife, only for Reader to suddenly pass out on her chest from the alcohol.
Thank goodness honestly, because if Drunk! Reader made contact with her beloved, Alice feared that they would end up banging on the couch with the blonde trio witnessing 💀. Alice breathes out a sigh of relief —despite part of her swishing she could get wrecked by her drunk wife— and picks Reader up to take her to bed. She decides to end the wine night early, but in order to prove to Varka that they were indeed a real couple, she’ll kiss her wife’s forehead to show off.
“See? I love my wife.”
Then she’ll push him out the door with Jean and Nicole, heading straight to the bedroom where she could tuck in her passed out wife.

Alice’s heart is just exploding at the sight of her wife drop kicking an enemy and launching them into the ceiling. She still thinks you’re an ordinary woman as she has no idea about your assassin career, yet the sight of you casually eliminating the bad guys to protect Klee…Alice’s ovaries are set ablaze.
“Where did you learn how to do that?” Alice gawks, staring up at her mountain of a wife. She’s never felt so smitten.
“Huh? Oh, this,” you sheepishly revert back to your innocent “ordinary citizen” act and look away from Alice. You didn’t want her seeing this side of you, it was so unladylike and might make her weirded out. “I just…took a few self defense classes a few years back. I’m sorry, I hope you don’t think of me as some violent brute—”
“I like a woman who can throw a solid punch,” Alice states bluntly, still gawking at your impressive stature. She’ll attract flies at this rate with how slack jawed she is at you, and you couldn’t sworn you saw her drooling a little bit.
“…There is no need to be embarrassed. A strong woman is a beautiful one.”
At that, now it’s your turn to be smitten. Alice likes you like this? Muscles, strength and all? Now you both were gushing over each other like the lovestruck wife and wife you were. Klee is dangling in your arms with an unamused look on her face, wondering when her mothers were going to actually confess their obvious feelings for each other.
