(somewhat baseless headcanon[s] alert) since i headcanon that Ryoko is just a younger Junko/how Junko was as a kid but less bratty, for me personally this implies that the last time Junko went by "Ryoko Otonashi" (and hadn't fully fallen to despair) was around age 15.

for my own sanity i also tend to headcanon that most students at HPA are not minors and it's kind of a combo high school/uni, or kind of an in-between prep school, so Junko's like 18ish 19ish, and the kid Ryoko -> adult Junko transformation happened between 15-18 or so
