But what if Steve made the top on his old Scoops uniform into sleeveless vest, to go to a hollowness party as a "sexy sailor" to seduce Billy? What if they had only met in college? And Steve is just a baby bi, in his first gay relationship... with Billy's roommate. Whom Billy hates because he's a massive chad and always humping with his ditzy boyfriend like a bunny rabbit. It's so bad Billy has started ignoring the sock on the door because he isn't paying tuition to not use his own goddamn room. It's got nothing to do with wanting to be around Steve whatever chance he can get. And what if Steve thinks Billy hates him cause he's always so rude when Steve is over, but whatever the D is good enough to put up with his boyfriend's asshole roommate.
But then Josh dumps Steve cause he's a prick and insists he was just going through a "phase" and starts dating some chick. And Steve's pissed, but Robin helps him see that he was way more into the sex than he ever was Josh and this was his first "liberated" relationship, and maybe the answer is to just cleanse his pallet with some good old fashioned revenge sex and move on. And Steve immediately is like, "So I should sleep with Billy? Great Idea Robin!" Because Josh will hate it and also, he woulda climbed Billy like a tree ages ago if it wasn't for the boyfriend.
And even though Robin totally meant he could have a fling with anyone BESIDES he's ex's roommate, Steve is committed now and ropes her into helping him complete his mission. Billy doesn't like Steve any more than he likes Josh, or so Steve thinks, so he figures he's gotta warm him up to the idea with some liquor and a little skin and the annual Halloween bash at the frat house presents the perfect opportunity.
