Last night in Arizona, back on the plane to DC tomorrow. We wrapped up our meetings in mid-afternoon and then I stuck around the office to do a little more work, but by 4:30 I was itching to get out for one final run here. I headed out from the hotel to a park that I was told had a network of trails. I had to run about 2 miles to get to it but sure enough it had lots of winding paths, even an empty creek bed, where I took the photo. I had to get some accelerations done so I threw them in (6 x 30 seconds) during this part as well. Then I headed back down the main drag of town. Finished up with some #runningdrills behind the hotel. 7 miles for the day. It’s been a productive couple of days supporting my client on this project. And the running at moderate altitude has been challenging, something that should benefit me back at close to sea level. All that said I’m ready to get back home! #runblr #fitblr #springracingseason #altitudetraining #arizonarunning #monumentave10k #cherryblossomtenmiler #consultantlife (at Sierra Vista, Arizona) https://www.instagram.com/p/B8xWD9zHkgF/?igshid=1opc37rjrpbzn
